For over 90 years, when day dawns in Cholula, Puebla, the expert hands of the bakers of "La Blanca" working with ability to transform the dough into loaves colorful shapes and flavors. The traditional stone oven trays brimming emerge conchas, cocoles, orejas, panques (muffins), baguettes, teleras, tortas, and countless fragrant and hot parts.

La Blanca Bakery was founded in 1918 in Cholula, Puebla, Mexico by Don Joaquin Roldan Casco. Since then and without interruption La Blanca has provided its customers with the distinctive flavor that only an stone oven can provide to bread. Today La Blanca is served by the third generation of descendants of Don Joaquin.
